5th December 2025 – UK – KGM Motors UK, formerly known as SsangYong, has announced the promotion of Stephen Bucci to the role of Aftersales Director, reflecting the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening its UK dealership network.
Stephen, who joined the company in November 2018 as Regional Aftersales Manager, has consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to leadership and innovation in service operations. His journey with KGM Motors UK saw him advance to General Manager Service Operations in February 2024, where he played a pivotal role in optimising service processes and driving performance improvements across the network.
