The automotive industry is coming together once again to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Women On the Move Against Cancer (WOMAC) is proud to announce its 2025 Fundraiser, a highly anticipated event to raise vital funds for cancer charities. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, 17th June 2025, as the event will be held at The Kia Oval, from 6pm onwards.
A Cause Close to Our Hearts
WOMAC’s annual Fundraiser brings together industry colleagues, partners, and friends, uniting them in the shared goal of supporting cancer care charities. This year’s fundraiser will benefit BRIGHT Cancer Care and Skcin, two organisations dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by cancer.
BRIGHT Cancer Care funds crucial research and provides new equipment to support patients battling gastrointestinal (GI) and hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) cancers. The charity plays a key role in advancing treatments and providing resources that enhance patient care.
Skcin, on the other hand, works tirelessly to prevent skin cancer. Through educational outreach and awareness campaigns, Skcin focuses on prevention methods and the early detection of skin cancer, striving to reduce the number of new patients diagnosed each year.
Prizes, Tombola, and Raffle: A Night to Remember
The Fundraiser promises to be a night full of excitement and generosity, with plenty of opportunities to win fantastic prizes. Guests will have the chance to enter the raffle and tombola, where a variety of prizes will be up for grabs. From branded automotive goodies to luxury weekend getaways, the prizes on offer are sure to delight attendees.
