Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has announced the appointment of John Beckley as Regional Director for the United Kingdom, Europe, and Central Asia, effective 1 January 2026. Beckley will operate from the Home of Rolls-Royce, leading one of the marque’s most significant and strategically important regions.
Beckley brings almost three decades of experience across BMW Group and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, combining deep operational insight with strategic leadership. Over his extensive career, he has developed a reputation for excellence across sales, Bespoke commissions, and brand stewardship, positioning him to continue Rolls-Royce’s momentum in a region encompassing both mature and emerging luxury markets.
Julian Jenkins, Director of Sales & Brand at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, welcomed the appointment: “I am delighted to welcome John Beckley to his new role as Regional Director for the United Kingdom, Europe, and Central Asia – a significant and sizable geographical region which is extremely important to our business. John brings his extensive strategic and operational experience, having held several senior positions during his 20-year tenure within Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. His recent experiences, particularly within Sales and Bespoke, will ensure the continued momentum in these key markets, underpinning the increasing requests for Bespoke Rolls-Royce. Beckley succeeds Boris Weletzky, who moves to a senior position within BMW Group’s Motorrad division in Munich. Jenkins added, “I would like to thank Boris for his contribution to Rolls-Royce’s success in the region and wish him well in his new senior role within the BMW Group.”
John Beckley’s career with BMW Group began in 1996 as an apprentice technician at a UK dealership. Rising through technical ranks to become a lead Field Product Engineer for BMW UK, Beckley joined Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in 2008 as Aftersales Manager. Since then, he has held a variety of senior roles, including Regional Head of Sales, Global Bespoke General Manager, and most recently overseeing Global Sales Steering and Performance. Notably, Beckley played a central role in the successful launch of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, expanding the marque’s portfolio and meeting the evolving needs of its discerning clientele.
With Beckley at the helm, Rolls-Royce is poised to continue building on its long-standing heritage of craftsmanship and innovation, while strengthening its presence across one of its most important regions.
