Jetour South Africa has achieved a landmark success just one year into its local operations, earning Gold Status in the prestigious 2025 National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey. This industry accolade, now in its 29th year, recognises the vehicle brands that offer the strongest support to their dealer networks—underscoring Jetour’s rapid rise and its commitment to excellence in the South African market.
The NADA DSI survey is a vital benchmark for manufacturers, built on over 1,500 responses across all vehicle segments, and representing more than 85% of the country’s dealerships. It assesses manufacturers across three pivotal pillars: dealer friendliness (20%), investor friendliness (40%), and customer friendliness (40%). Earning Gold Status in such a comprehensive and competitive evaluation signals not only exceptional operational maturity but also a clear alignment between brand and dealer values.
Remarkably, Jetour was ranked first in four key categories, including a 100% Net Promoter Score (NPS)—an extraordinary result that indicates every Jetour dealer would recommend the brand to peers. Additionally, Jetour was named among the top five in eight out of the 15 categories, reinforcing its consistent performance and dealer satisfaction across multiple metrics.

What sets this achievement apart is Jetour’s newcomer status: it is the youngest brand among the award-winning names in the Passenger and LCV Segment. That a brand still in its first year could outperform many long-established players speaks volumes about its strategic execution and dealer-first philosophy.
Jetour South Africa’s success is rooted in a strong foundational belief that dealer partnerships are central to sustainable growth. From the outset, the brand deliberately partnered with a blend of leading dealership groups and independent operators, ensuring not only broad market access but also tailored, localised engagement. This collaborative approach enabled Jetour to gain traction rapidly, earning dealer trust and customer confidence in record time.
“Strong support for our dealer network directly translates into better customer service, empowering our dealers to serve customers more effectively and efficiently,” explains Jetour South Africa Vice President Nic Campbell. “Being awarded Gold Status so soon after our launch is a true testament to the partnerships we have established within our growing dealer network, who are working alongside us to deliver exceptional experiences to South African customers.”
This recognition arrives at a pivotal moment for the brand, as sales of its two launch models—the Dashing and the X70 Plus—continue to climb, outperforming expectations and gaining traction against more entrenched competitors. With momentum clearly on its side, Jetour South Africa remains focused on driving sustained dealer confidence, strengthening its service offering, and keeping customer experience at the heart of its strategy.
As Jetour accelerates its presence across the country, the message is clear: strong relationships drive strong results—and Jetour’s commitment to its dealer network is already proving to be a powerful differentiator in South Africa’s highly competitive automotive landscape.
