Johannesburg, November 2025 – Jetour has marked a milestone in its South African journey, achieving its highest monthly sales yet with 856 units of its Dashing and X70 Plus models sold in October. This milestone comes just a month after the local launch of the brand’s latest additions, the Jetour T1 and T2 SUVs.
Since debuting in South Africa last September, Jetour’s Dashing and X70 Plus have captured the attention of buyers seeking vehicles that blend style, versatility, and performance. The Dashing, priced from R439 900, appeals to modern, style-conscious drivers, while the seven-seater X70 Plus caters to families and adventure enthusiasts. Strong demand for these models has helped Jetour secure 12th place in national passenger car sales.
Building on this momentum, Jetour has expanded its lineup with the T-Series, designed for customers seeking rugged capability and everyday versatility. The Jetour T1, a compact and agile SUV, is built for both urban streets and weekend adventures. Available in four models, it features a powerful engine, optional 4-wheel drive, modern technology, panoramic cameras, LED lighting, and a spacious interior. Prices range from R514 900 to R634 900.
The Jetour T2 takes off-road performance to the next level. With three models on offer, it combines advanced safety systems, a roomy interior, practical touches, and cutting-edge tech to create a weekend-ready SUV. Prices for the T2 start at R569 900 and reach R679 900.
Nic Campbell, Vice President of Jetour South Africa, said: “We’re thrilled to have achieved our biggest sales month yet in October, coinciding with the launch of two highly anticipated models in our T-Series. This is a clear sign that South African drivers are responding to what Jetour offers: premium SUVs that combine cutting-edge design, advanced technology, and comfort at prices that make them accessible to more customers.”
Jetour is also strengthening its focus on customer experience through the Jetour Owners Club, launched in September. Members enjoy exclusive discounts, special events, and a sense of community, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to more than just vehicles.
On the global stage, Jetour recently celebrated another landmark, becoming the only Chinese automaker to reach two million vehicle sales in just seven years.
With a growing waiting list for the T-Series and continued demand for the Dashing and X70 Plus, Jetour is poised to continue its impressive momentum in South Africa’s new-car market.
