On Saturday, 24 May, Gauteng’s music and lifestyle lovers are in for a treat like no other – but only if they’ve already joined the Jetour family. In what promises to be the biggest Jetour customer event in Africa to date, the global SUV brand is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only celebration at the lush Casalinga venue in Johannesburg.
Designed as both a thank-you to loyal customers and an opportunity to build community among Jetour owners, the event will bring together four of South Africa’s most celebrated musical acts, a curated selection of gourmet food trucks, and a crowd of over 3,000 guests.
A World-Class Lineup on Home Soil
Topping the bill is none other than Grammy Award-winning artist Zakes Bantwini. Famed for his genre-defying blend of house, Afrobeat, and electronic music, Zakes shot to global fame with his 2023 Grammy win for the track Bayethe, and is sure to deliver a performance as unforgettable as his discography.
Joining him is the iconic indie rock outfit The Parlotones. With 27 years in the industry, ten studio albums, and a legacy of chart-topping hits, the band’s presence is a testament to Jetour’s commitment to curating premium, proudly South African experiences.
Also set to take the stage is the ever-popular house trio Mi Casa. Their infectious rhythms, soulful vocals, and jazzy trumpet licks have made them a staple of the South African music scene since their breakout debut in 2011. And rounding out the lineup is pop/R&B sensation Shekhinah – a multi-platinum singer-songwriter whose string of hits and impressive awards haul have made her one of the country’s most streamed artists.

Exclusivity Meets Experience
More than just a music festival, the Jetour Customer Day reflects the brand’s “Travel+” philosophy – a seamless integration of lifestyle, leisure, and the freedom of the open road. Since launching locally in September 2024, Jetour has quickly found favour with South African motorists thanks to models like the five-seater Jetour Dashing and the versatile seven-seater Jetour X70 Plus.
While Jetour customer days have become regular fixtures across South Africa, this Johannesburg event sets a new benchmark – not only in scale, but in spirit. Every customer is invited to bring along up to three guests, aged 18 and over, to enjoy a full day of live performances, entertainment, and a vibrant festival atmosphere.
On offer will be a diverse range of local street food, freshly prepared by some of the country’s favourite food trucks, alongside well-stocked bars and beverage stations – all available for purchase.
Celebrating a Journey Together
In just a few short months, Jetour has established a firm foothold in the local market, driven by a customer-first approach that extends far beyond the showroom floor. Events like this not only foster a deeper connection between the brand and its customers but also serve as a valuable opportunity to gather feedback and insights – ensuring Jetour continues to evolve with its audience.
Saturday, 24 May isn’t just another date on the calendar – it’s a bold statement of appreciation, ambition, and authentic South African celebration.
And for those lucky enough to attend, it’s set to be a day – and a journey – to remember.
