This year Infiniti will be providing entertainment at the Festival of Speed on both the Goodwood Hill, its hospitality stand and at the Moving Motorshow.
A day before the main show commences on Friday 27th June, Infiniti will be providing the opportunity for customers to experience the thrill of actually driving up the Goodwood Hill for themselves during the Festival’s own ‘Moving Motorshow’. The new Infiniti Q50, in both hybrid and diesel forms, will be available for test drives and will run throughout the day. Adding a touch of extra excitement, the Sebastian Vettel-inspired SUV in the form of the Infiniti FX Vettel Edition will also be used for test drives up the hill.
As the Festival kicks off on Friday both eyes and ears will be kept amused as the Q50 Eau Rouge Prototype roars past the crowds with its powerful 568PS V6 twin-turbo engine running at full throttle. At the helm on Saturday will be Infiniti Red Bull Racing Team Principal Christian Horner and at other times it will be handed over to Infiniti Red Bull Racing’s Test and Reserve Driver Sébastien Buemi.
Christian Horner and Sébastien Buemi will also be available on the Infiniti hospitality stand for a question and answer session regarding the Formula One season so far and what we can expect going forward.
The Infiniti hospitality stand with its specially constructed roof top terrace will be located on the opposite side of the track to Goodwood House and will be displaying the majority of the brands premium model line up. The new mid-sized Q50 saloon will be there sitting alongside its larger version known as the Q70. Providing the more distinctive look for an SUV is the QX70 and for the more open air feel, a Q60 convertible. All the display models will be open for customers to explore and ask any questions to the product experts on hand.
Anyone tempted with a bit of Formula One indulgence will be able to purchase Infiniti Red Bull Racing merchandise ranging from caps to T-shirts and jackets to umbrellas. Adding to the Formula One theme will also be an Infiniti Red Bull Racing show car displayed on the back wall.
All customers coming onto the hospitality stand will be greeted by some unique mixes from Infiniti Red Bull Racings own official DJ, known as DJ Erok, and offered a free refreshing drink from the Q50 Eau Rouge Bar.
Customers interested in booking an Infiniti test drive on Thursday 26th June should visit the Infiniti booth at the Moving Motorshow.
