Leatherhead, February 5, 2026 – Hyundai Motor UK has celebrated the outstanding achievements of its retailer network at the Annual Retailer Awards, highlighting excellence across sales, customer experience, and aftersales performance. This year, Marshall Motor Group stood out with multiple accolades, including Overall Retailer Group and Progress Retailer Group of the Year, while Cannon Motors was named Overall Retailer of the Year.

The awards, underpinned by Hyundai Motor UK’s Balanced Scorecard, provide a comprehensive evaluation of retailer performance across five pillars: New Car Sales, Aftersales Performance, Customer Experience, Retailer Profitability, and Future Mobility. This robust framework ensures that recognition is consistent, objective, and reflective of exceptional performance throughout the network.

Other notable winners include Richmond Motor Group, named Sales Retailer Group of the Year, and Saltmarine, crowned Sales Retailer of the Year. Paul Rigby Hyundai Bromsgrove received the Progress Retailer of the Year award, while Toomey Motor Group and West Riding Hyundai Manchester were recognised in the Customer category. In Aftersales, Stoneacre Motor Group and Thurlow Nunn Hyundai Lowestoft were honoured for their excellence.

Hyundai Motor UK closed 2025 with 93,100 vehicles sold, capturing a 4.6% market share. The TUCSON remained the brand’s best-selling model, while alternative fuel vehicles made up 58% of total sales. Electric vehicle uptake grew by over 10%, supported by strong demand for KONA Electric and INSTER. With these results, Hyundai entered 2026 as the sixth best-selling car manufacturer in the UK, climbing three positions year-on-year.
