Houston Auto Show Among the First Auto Shows in the US to Release All-New App for iPhone, Android and iPad The Houston Auto Show partnered with Apple and Google to deliver iPhone, Android and iPad Apps to Houston Auto Show attendees.
The new technology will make it easier than ever to gain full access to exclusive show information. As one of the first Auto Shows in the country to introduce an App, the Houston Auto Show App will provide a map of the showroom floor, directions to the show, access to the best gas prices nearby and a parking marker to help show attendees find their way back to their car after the show.
“We know that convenience is very important to people and that’s why we wanted to introduce an app this year,” said Wyatt Wainwright, President of the Houston Automobile Dealers Association. “With the new App you won’t have any problem finding what you’re looking for. Best of all, it’s free to everyone.”
The free App, which can be found on Apple’s App Store, allows customers to get instant access to all facets of the show without having to copy and paste any numbers, names, URL’s or directions.
The App offers a whole new level of convenience for show attendees to access the show’s information, including a detailed map of the showroom floor. Be the first to get updates from the Houston Auto Show with the all-new app today.
The app also gives you direct access to the show’s Facebook and Twitter pages where they will be updating real-time from the show and where contestants will be able to find out more about the iPad 2 Giveaway and QR Contests that the Houston Auto Show is also introducing.
The Auto Show will begin on Jan. 25, 2012 at noon and close Jan. 29, 2012 at 7 p.m. at the Reliant Center in Houston. People who attend the show will get the chance to see the latest cars, trucks and SUVs from manufacturers from all over the world. You can download the iPhone App here:
