CIRENCESTER, UK– Mitsubishi Motors in the UK is pleased to confirm the relocation of Hodgson Mitsubishi at their new state-of-the-art building in Gateshead which opened in March. The Mitsubishi authorised after-sales operation will continue to operate from their current location at The Silverlink, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

The state-of-the-art space-efficient ‘tower’ was designed to decrease the footprint of that of a standard car dealership, and at the same time address the storage and capacity issues within the industry. The tower itself reduces the dealership footprint to five vehicles with the ability to display a further 32 vehicles in the tower. At the touch of a button, the ultra-modern technology allows a customer to choose a vehicle of choice from the tower and, in true ‘vending machine’ style, an electronic arm delivers the vehicle to the customer.
