Sealy, Texas (September 10, 2025) – Hennessey, the Texas-based powerhouse behind the Venom F5 hypercar and an array of high-performance trucks, SUVs, and muscle cars, is accelerating into a new era of expansion. The company has announced a $15+ million investment to more than double its manufacturing footprint, bringing the total facility size to over 100,000 square feet. This ambitious growth will allow Hennessey to ramp up production while maintaining the meticulous craftsmanship, quality, and performance that have defined the brand for over two decades.
Construction is already underway, with vehicle production in the new facility slated to begin in Spring 2026. Central to the expansion is Hennessey’s plan to bring composite manufacturing and vehicle painting in-house, ensuring even tighter control over the precision and finish of its hypercars, trucks, and bespoke muscle car builds.
“Our customers have a strong appetite for our specially built vehicles, and we’re thrilled to meet that demand,” said John Hennessey, founder and CEO. “With our expanding network of Ford, Ram, Chevrolet, and GMC dealers, enthusiasts can now drive home in a Venom 800 or VelociRaptor 1000 fully warrantied, right off the showroom floor.”
A Campus Built for Performance and Innovation
Hennessey’s operations are based on a sprawling 143-acre campus along Interstate 10, just west of Houston. The expansion extends beyond vehicle production, enhancing the company’s Tuner School—a trade-school dedicated to training technicians in vehicle modification through both theoretical and hands-on programs. As part of the project, the school will gain a dedicated 10,000-square-foot building, further solidifying Hennessey’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of automotive talent.

Record Sales Growth
Hennessey’s expansion is backed by strong sales momentum. In 2024, the company delivered over 560 trucks, SUVs, and muscle cars across the United States. Production is set to exceed 900 units in 2025 and is projected to surpass 1,300 vehicles in 2026.
“Looking back, it feels like yesterday that I was racing up Pike’s Peak and setting speed records at Bonneville,” Hennessey reflected. “I’ve been incredibly fortunate to turn my passion for racing and high-performance vehicles into a business that now employs over 125 people and serves more than 18,000 customers worldwide. This new facility ensures we can continue to meet growing demand, both domestically and internationally.”
A Commitment to Excellence
Every Hennessey vehicle undergoes rigorous dyno and road testing and is backed by a three-year, 36,000-mile limited warranty. Enthusiasts can purchase directly from Hennessey or through its authorized dealer network.
