Halcyon proudly presents the Highland Heather commission, the first showcase of its Rolls-Royce remastering program, to be unveiled at the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace from 5–7 September 2025.
Drawing inspiration from the natural majesty of Scotland’s moors, Highland Heather embodies Halcyon’s philosophy of uniting timeless elegance with modern innovation. Each commission is entirely hand-built in Surrey, beginning with a 2,000+ hour, concours-level restoration from bare metal, before being transformed through advanced engineering, bespoke artistry, and meticulous craftsmanship.
Production is strictly limited to 60 unique, one-of-one commissions. Every car is specified in close collaboration with its owner at Halcyon’s atelier, where no bespoke request is left unexplored.
At the heart of Highland Heather is an in-house 800V electric platform, developed by sister company Evice Technologies. This cutting-edge system delivers whisper-quiet, effortless performance while preserving the Corniche’s unmistakable character—with zero additional weight. Adaptive suspension, regenerative braking, and three driving modes (Drive, Spirited, and Touring) ensure the signature Rolls-Royce “magic carpet ride” is both preserved and enhanced.
Modern comforts are subtly and seamlessly integrated: a concealed infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay, cruise control, heated and ventilated seating, and a bespoke audio system—all while retaining the tactile analogue design of the original interior.

The first client commission, already in progress, features a bespoke two-seat configuration with a sculpted rear cabin space. Initial deliveries are scheduled for Q4 2026.
Finished in a striking “Purple Moorland” exterior, the Highland Heather pays tribute to the delicate hues of Scottish heather and the pioneering spirit of Rolls-Royce’s 1907 Scottish reliability trials. Inside, engraved details and a centrepiece Halcyon Gallery—featuring a water-inspired sculpture symbolising Highland rivers—honour the commission’s provenance and inspiration.
Matthew Pearson, CEO of Halcyon, remarked:
“Unveiling the result of our design study in the beautiful setting of Hampton Court Palace gives our clients a first taste of how incredible their cars will be. The passion, effort, and attention to detail that our team has poured into the Highland Heather have created a vehicle unlike any other. Classic elegance and a modern spark make for everything the Corniche should be—unmistakably Rolls-Royce.”
Halcyon’s mission, echoing Henry Royce’s philosophy to “take the best that exists and make it better,” is to reimagine the most iconic Rolls-Royce models of the 20th century for the 21st century. With the debut of Highland Heather, Halcyon reaffirms its commitment to timeless craftsmanship, modern innovation, and the enduring spirit of Rolls-Royce.
