London, Monday 17 February 2025 – Ferrari North Europe is celebrating another resounding success during National Apprenticeship Week, as more than 200 young people visited Official Ferrari Dealerships across the UK to explore promising career opportunities with the iconic brand. The event, held in recognition of the 15th anniversary of the Ferrari Apprenticeship Programme, continues to serve as a springboard for young talent aspiring to join the world of high-performance automobiles.

Throughout the week, Ferrari Dealerships opened their doors, inviting future automotive professionals to immerse themselves in the Ferrari experience. Attendees were granted exclusive access to Ferrari workshops and showrooms, where they learned firsthand about the skills required to work with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

Since its inception in 2011, the Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship Programme has become the primary pathway into the Ferrari family. More than 120 apprentices have successfully completed the programme, many progressing into senior roles such as Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or even Sales Executive.

The apprenticeship scheme is supported by an impressive investment in training facilities, including a £500,000 commitment from Ferrari North Europe. The programme boasts two purpose-built classrooms for technical training, a fully equipped 324 sq m workshop, and more than £20,000 worth of specialist tools and equipment. Apprentices also receive hands-on training with Ferrari vehicles such as the SF90 Stradale, 296 GTB, and Purosangue, ensuring they gain the practical experience needed to excel in the automotive world.

The Ferrari Apprenticeship Programme offers various career paths, including roles for Service Technicians (3-year apprenticeship), Service Advisors (2-year apprenticeship), and Parts Advisors (2-year apprenticeship). Each role includes practical, on-the-job training under the guidance of Ferrari Master Technicians, complemented by classroom-based learning at Ferrari’s Training Centre in Berkshire.
