30th November, London – Leading communications consultancy Navigate Partners, has today announced its diversification into executive search and recruitment with the appointment of industry stalwart Amanda Harridge to head up the service.
Founded in 2020 by Naomi Panter and Christopher Foster, and headquartered at Wimpole St. London, Navigate Partners specialises in motorsport and automotive, gaming, adventure and sustainability with clients across more than fifteen countries. The business has enjoyed significant growth internationally in the past eighteen months, bringing an opportunity to invest in a synergistic offering for both existing and new clients.

I have worked with Amanda through a number of businesses for over a decade and believe her experience is unrivalled. Her expertise and approach align perfectly with what we have created at Navigate.”
Navigate’s new offering will harness Amanda’s wealth of board-level experience as a specialist in executive search activities, to offer a high-end selection service based on an in-depth understanding of both clients and the market. Services include search & selection, headhunting, recruitment campaign management, networking and connection and succession planning.
