In a strategic move to cater to vehicle owners seeking cost-effective and reliable parts for their cars, Stellantis has launched Eurorepar in South Africa. This innovative solution offers an extensive range of high-quality, competitively priced parts backed by a two-year warranty, available across all 39 Stellantis dealers in the region.

Addressing a Critical Need
The cost of vehicle ownership can become a significant burden once the initial warranty and service plans expire. Recognizing this, Stellantis, the third largest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) globally, established Eurorepar to provide an alternative that doesn’t compromise on quality or performance.

“Eurorepar South Africa saw a critical need to cater to vehicle owners who were no longer covered under warranty or service plans,” says Russel Dewee, General Manager of After Sales for Stellantis South Africa.

Eurorepar Launch In South Africa Quality Parts For Multi Brand Vehicles

Eurorepar’s Comprehensive Offerings
Eurorepar supplies 13,500 service parts for a wide range of vehicles, not just limited to Stellantis brands. This includes essential components like filters, brake pads, glow plugs, spark plugs, water pumps, oils, and batteries—anything that requires servicing or replacement during a vehicle’s lifespan.

By leveraging Stellantis’ global network, Eurorepar can source these parts at approximately half the price of genuine OEM parts, making it a cost-effective solution for car owners. This affordability does not come at the expense of quality, as all Eurorepar parts are backed by a two-year warranty.

Extending Beyond Stellantis Brands
While Eurorepar was initially designed to support Stellantis brands—Opel, Peugeot, Jeep, Citroën, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, and FIAT—it also caters to other vehicle makes. This inclusivity ensures that even independent workshops can access and utilize these high-quality parts, enhancing their service capabilities.

“We started out on a journey to support our own customers with our own brands and keep them in the family,” says Dewee. “Eurorepar offers a robust selection of high-quality parts and services designed to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.”

Enhancing Customer Experience
By providing these OEM-quality parts at a fraction of the cost, Eurorepar not only helps in reducing the overall cost of vehicle ownership but also ensures that the integrity and performance of the vehicles are maintained. This initiative empowers customers with the confidence to maintain and repair their vehicles without breaking the bank.

“Eurorepar provides motorists the peace of mind of OEM-supplied parts, maintaining the integrity of their vehicle while combatting costs of ownership,” says Dewee.

Convenient Accessibility
All Eurorepar parts are conveniently available through any of the 39 Stellantis dealerships across South Africa, ensuring easy accessibility for vehicle owners. This widespread availability further simplifies the process of maintaining and repairing vehicles, providing a seamless customer experience.

Eurorepar’s launch in South Africa marks a significant milestone in Stellantis’ commitment to supporting vehicle owners beyond the warranty period. With a comprehensive range of high-quality, affordable parts and a robust distribution network, Eurorepar stands out as a game-changer in the automotive aftermarket industry. This initiative not only helps reduce the cost of ownership but also reinforces Stellantis’ dedication to customer satisfaction and vehicle longevity.
