Milton Keynes, April 3, 2024 – In a bold move to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, CUPRA has announced the implementation of an extended five-year/90,000 mile warranty for its entire vehicle lineup starting April 3, 2024. This comprehensive coverage is available for all new CUPRA models, including both factory and stock orders made from this date onward.
The extended warranty structure is designed to offer maximum peace of mind to CUPRA owners. It includes an initial two-year manufacturer’s warranty without any mileage restrictions, followed by an additional three-year warranty or up to 90,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
Marcus Gossen, Director of SEAT and CUPRA UK, highlighted the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction, stating, “With the introduction of our five-year warranty for the entire CUPRA range, we’re enhancing our value proposition to our customers. This initiative is a testament to our confidence in the quality and reliability of our vehicles. We aim to provide our customers with a worry-free ownership experience, emphasizing our commitment to their long-term satisfaction on the road.”

Before this enhancement, CUPRA’s warranty offerings were set at three years or 60,000 miles, with customers having the option to extend this coverage to either four years or 75,000 miles, or five years or 90,000 miles for an additional fee.
The warranty terms for CUPRA’s paint and body protection remain consistent at three years and 12 months, respectively. Additionally, the warranty for the battery of the CUPRA Born model continues to be eight years or 100,000 miles, based on whichever condition is met first.
This revision in the warranty period demonstrates CUPRA’s commitment to delivering superior customer service and product reliability, ensuring that customers can enjoy their vehicles with an added layer of confidence and protection for a more extended period.
