LONDON, 15 APRIL 2025 – Global auction platform Collecting Cars has unveiled a dazzling array of standout listings for April, underscoring its reputation as the premier online destination for rare, collectible, and high-performance vehicles. This month’s curated selection spans continents and categories, offering a ten-lot showcase that includes modern supercar royalty, championship-winning racecars, and even a miniature Jeep and a bespoke racing simulator.

Leading the charge is a low-mileage 2020 Ferrari 488 Pista, the final chapter in Ferrari’s V8 lineage to be powered exclusively by an internal combustion engine. Clad in elegant Argento Nurburgring and riding on carbon-fibre wheels, this Australian-listed Pista exemplifies peak Maranello engineering and is expected to fetch upwards of A$700,000.

From Germany, a 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series offers a rare opportunity to own one of the marque’s most extreme road-going models. With GT3-level aerodynamics and track-honed performance wrapped in everyday usability, this example represents the pinnacle of AMG’s engineering might, with an estimated sale price north of $300,000.

Another gem comes in the form of a 2012 Audi R8 GT Spyder, one of just 333 ever built. Lightweight materials, an aggressive setup, and a powerful V10 engine make this a true enthusiast’s car. What sets this one apart is its Audi Exclusive Prism Silver finish — a hue rarely seen and highly coveted. With just 4,821 km on the clock, it’s a pristine example of one of Audi’s finest open-top creations.

Collecting Cars Rolls Out A Stellar April Line Up

For lovers of British muscle, a 1985 Aston Martin V8 Vantage ‘Oscar India’ coupe offers old-school charm with serious collector credentials. One of only 352 examples ever made and factory-fitted with a manual gearbox, this Vantage features the coveted ‘X-Pack’ styling, making it a highly desirable slice of 1980s motoring nostalgia.

Motorsport aficionados are equally well-served. A 1992 Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione ‘S.S. Exclusive 92’ – a limited-run homage to Lancia’s WRC dominance – stands as a rally-bred icon. And those with a passion for historic racing will appreciate the ex-Keith Holland 1973 Trojan T101 Formula 5000, a proven winner in the HSCC scene and now fully restored, FIA HTP-certified, and ready to return to the track.

Adding unique flair to the collection are some unexpected entries. A junior-sized Jeep, perfect for young enthusiasts or as a whimsical display piece, sits alongside a Mini Cooper S ‘Italian Job’ racing simulator – a professional-grade setup that delivers adrenaline-fueled immersion for virtual racers and motorsport fans alike.

April is already shaping up to be a landmark month for Collecting Cars, having confirmed the first-ever auction sale of a Ferrari SF90 XX Spider, which commanded a headline-grabbing €1,700,000. It’s a clear signal that the appetite for exclusive, collector-grade vehicles remains as strong as ever.

“Every month brings a wave of new automotive icons to our platform, and April’s selection is a brilliant showcase of what makes Collecting Cars special,” said Edward Lovett, Founder and CEO of Collecting Cars. “From world championship-winning motorsport legends to miniature Jeeps and collector-grade supercars, this is what the global car enthusiast community wants — and we’re proud to be at the centre of it.”

From Italy to Australia, the UK to the USA, this month’s offerings reflect Collecting Cars’ truly international reach and its growing significance in the collector car market. Whether your interest lies in combustion-powered Ferraris, historic single-seaters, or rare motoring memorabilia, April on Collecting Cars promises something unforgettable for every kind of enthusiast.
