In the lead-up to the 2025 Chery User Summit, Chery Group has announced a defining achievement – surpassing two million global vehicle sales within the first three quarters of the year. Representing a 14.5% year-on-year increase, this milestone highlights the Group’s fastest-ever pace of growth and reinforces its global momentum built on innovation, technology, and user-focused design.

A Record Year of Global Growth

In September alone, Chery Group delivered 280,469 vehicles worldwide – a 14.7% increase compared with the same period last year. Of these, new energy vehicles (NEVs) accounted for 91,590 units, up 55.4% year-on-year. It also marked the fifth consecutive month that Chery exports exceeded 100,000 units, reaffirming the brand’s status as China’s leading vehicle exporter for an unmatched 22 consecutive years.

From January to September 2025, total sales reached 2,007,768 vehicles globally, of which 587,545 were NEVs – an impressive 77.1% increase year-on-year. This strong performance cements Chery Group’s position among China’s top five NEV manufacturers and underscores the growing global appeal of its hybrid and electric product lines.

Expanding Horizons Across Global Markets

Demand for advanced, intelligent, and efficient vehicles continues to drive Chery’s growth across continents. Flagship models such as the CHERY TIGGO range have further elevated the brand’s reputation for design and quality. In Europe, Chery’s footprint continues to expand rapidly, with successful launches in Poland, Greece, and Romania, alongside record-breaking sales across the region.

The UK market marks another strategic milestone, with the introduction of the CHERY TIGGO 7 and TIGGO 8, both blending technology-driven comfort with everyday versatility tailored to British lifestyles. These launches reflect Chery’s evolving global approach — adapting to local market needs while maintaining its hallmark blend of value, design, and performance.

Corporate Milestones and Global Recognition

Beyond product success, 2025 has also been a landmark year for Chery’s corporate achievements. The Group has ascended to 233rd on the Fortune Global 500 list, earning the title of the fastest-rising automotive manufacturer worldwide. It also retained its leadership position in the Kantar BrandZ Top 50 Chinese Global Brand Builders report, co-released with Google.

Further cementing its position on the global stage, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. (9973.HK) was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September — the largest automotive IPO in Hong Kong this year. The listing marks a new chapter in the company’s capital-market development and global financial strategy.

Reaching Millions of Users Worldwide

By the end of September, Chery Group had served over 17.72 million users globally, including 5.43 million international customers. This extensive global community reflects not only the brand’s reach but also its commitment to building lasting relationships with its drivers through reliability, service, and innovation.

The Group’s “Endless Horizon Worry-Free Voyage” CSH (Chery Super Hybrid) Global Endurance Test continues to showcase the durability and adaptability of Chery’s hybrid systems across real-world conditions — from African terrains to Latin American highways and European roads.

Leading the Way in Exports and Safety

Chery’s international growth strategy has now entered a new phase, marked by three historic firsts for Chinese automakers: the first brand to export over 130,000 vehicles in a single month, the first to achieve cumulative exports exceeding five million units, and the first to sustain exports above 100,000 units for five consecutive months.

Safety remains a cornerstone of Chery’s philosophy, guided by the principle “Safety, for Family.” Each model undergoes extensive testing across diverse environments — from crash trials in South Africa to extreme-temperature testing in Latin America and the Middle East. To date, 51 Chery models have earned five-star safety certifications worldwide, including the CHERY TIGGO 7 and TIGGO 8, which recently achieved five-star Euro NCAP ratings in the UK.

Innovation Beyond the Road

Chery’s commitment to innovation also extends beyond automotive engineering. At this year’s Chery User Summit, the Group’s AiMOGA Robotics division will unveil Mornine — a humanoid robot that has become the first in the world to secure full EU certification across both hardware and software. Mornine holds three major accreditations: CE-MD (Machinery Safety), CE-RED (Radio Equipment), and EN 18031 (Cybersecurity & Data Protection), underscoring Chery’s evolving expertise in intelligent systems and next-generation technologies.

A New Chapter of Intelligent Mobility

With global sales exceeding two million vehicles in just nine months, Chery Group continues to accelerate its journey as a leader in innovation, safety, and user-centric design. As the company prepares to welcome attendees to the 2025 Chery User Summit, its achievements stand as a testament to the brand’s enduring vision: to shape the future of intelligent mobility — for families, for communities, and for the world.
