In a digital age where everything seems mass-produced, Limited100.co.uk stands as a beacon of craftsmanship, delivering luxury automotive art to petrolheads across the globe. Based in the East Midlands, this online-only, direct-to-consumer store has quickly made a name for itself since its inception in 2020. Founded by car enthusiast and marketing professional Simon Wright, Limited100 has captured the imagination of car lovers from the UK to the USA, Thailand to Australia, and beyond.

The inspiration for Limited100 was born out of Wright’s personal quest for high-quality automotive art. “I started Limited100 because after moving into my first home, I was searching online for some artwork of a Lamborghini Miura, which I regard as the most beautiful car of all time,” Wright explains. “I couldn’t find anything of super high-quality that was handmade, so I decided to create a company of my own that celebrates the handbuilt artisanship that Britain is so synonymous with.”

This passion for quality and craftsmanship is the cornerstone of Limited100. From the outset, Wright collaborated with a carefully curated group of award-winning photographers to create exclusive automotive prints. True to its name, each print is limited to just 100 units, ensuring that every piece remains a rare and cherished item. The edition number is randomly selected for each order, though customers can request specific numbers—a feature that has proven particularly popular among Japanese customers and those celebrating milestone events.

Limited100 proudly bears the “Made in Britain” mark, a status that reflects the company’s commitment to supporting UK manufacturing. Achieving this status required that 80% of the company’s value chain be based in the UK, a requirement that Limited100 meets through its Nottingham-based printing and framing processes, all of which use UK-sourced materials. This commitment to quality and authenticity is further emphasized by the “Made in Britain” logo, which is displayed on the company’s website, the backs of its frames, and its certificates of authenticity.

The versatility of Limited100’s offerings is another key to its success. The company provides a wide range of print sizes, from A3 to an impressive five meters wide, and offers multiple formats including print-only, framed, canvas, aluminum composite, and acrylic glass. Whether it’s a gift for a supercar enthusiast, a centerpiece for a mancave, or a statement piece for a high-end interior design project, Limited100 can customize prints to meet the exact needs of its customers.

As of 2024, Limited100 is celebrating its 400th customer, a milestone that reflects its growing global appeal. The company’s diverse clientele includes interior designers, homeware gift buyers, supercar dealerships, and even James Bond enthusiasts. The 400th customer was a Portuguese employee who purchased a Ferrari F40 print for their CEO’s 40th birthday, a fitting tribute to the company’s commitment to luxury and exclusivity.

Limited100’s journey from a passion project to a globally recognized brand is a testament to the enduring appeal of high-quality, handcrafted products. For those who share Simon Wright’s love for cars, Limited100 offers a unique opportunity to bring that passion into their homes with exclusive, limited-edition automotive art.
