Johannesburg, 16 February 2026 – Hyundai Automotive South Africa has officially handed over a Hyundai PALISADE to professional golfer Casey Jarvis, celebrating his victory at the inaugural 2025 Hyundai Open.
Jarvis was first presented with the vehicle symbolically during the tournament, marking the momentous occasion of his breakthrough win. Today’s handover formalises the process, following specification and registration, allowing the rising star to take full possession of the SUV he will now drive.
Since claiming the Hyundai Open title, Jarvis has maintained impressive momentum on tour, cementing his reputation as one of South Africa’s most exciting emerging golf talents.
“Winning the Hyundai Open was a special moment for me, and the Hyundai PALISADE was part of what made that week unforgettable,” Jarvis said. “Taking delivery of the car now really completes the experience and serves as a lasting reminder of that milestone.”
Stanley Anderson, CEO of Hyundai Automotive South Africa, emphasised the brand’s commitment to meaningful engagement with athletes. “The Hyundai Open was about more than crowning a champion. It was about creating meaningful and lasting rewards,” he said. “The handover reflects our commitment to following through on that promise and supporting athletes as their journeys continue.”
Hyundai’s flagship PALISADE blends comfort, capability, and refined design, mirroring the precision, consistency, and ambition required at the highest level of professional golf. For Jarvis, it is more than a vehicle—it is a fitting companion for a career on the rise.
