It’s that time of the year again! Every year, millions of UK motorists drive to see the sky illuminated with spectacular fireworks displays. With many venues holding events for the much-anticipated night of celebration, you might be planning to attend. We have compiled a list of the most popular fireworks displays in the country to hop in the car and visit.

1. Funfair and City Fireworks Spectacular

DATE: 5th November at 8 pm

LOCATION: Campbell Park, Milton Keynes

TICKETS: £1 per person for funfair (free for children under 4)

Milton Keynes’ largest free firework display had been cancelled for the past two years due to the pandemic, but luckily, it’s returning for its 42nd year.

Head to the funfair for adrenaline-fuelling rides before experiencing the stunning fireworks spectacular!

2. Edgbaston Stadium Fireworks Spectacular & Fun Fair

DATE: 5th November from 5:30 pm

LOCATION: Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham

TICKETS: £14 per adult

The biggest firework display in Birmingham is back this year, featuring plenty of exciting activities for the whole family.

Check out the fun fair on-site, fill up with delicious food, watch the dazzling performances and experience the breathtaking fireworks they offer. Plenty to do with the whole family!

3. Autumn Lights Fireworks Fiesta

DATE: 5th November from 4 pm-9 pm

LOCATION: Don Valley Bowl, Sheffield

TICKETS: £17.50 per adult (free for children under 3)

The popular Sheffield event is perfect for the whole family!

Experience the musical firework display, especially for children, enjoy the entertainment on stage or feast your eyes on the dazzling fire show. But wait, there’s, even more to look forward to!

LOCATION: Carmarthen Town Park, Wales

This event is jam-packed with plenty of things to do with loved ones. Head to the fun fair, which features sweet stands as well as hot food and drink stalls, before relishing in the fantastic fireworks bonanza!

5. Saltwell Park Fireworks

DATE: 5th November at 5 pm, fireworks at 7:30 pm

LOCATION: Saltwell Park, Newcastle

TICKETS: £7 per person

Experience a thrilling night with the dazzling laser and fire-eating stage shows!

Head to the vast fairground rides for all ages, and experience the street entertainers and dance stage show. Then, if you’re feeling peckish, grab a treat from the delicious food and drink options they offer.

6. Wimbledon Park Musical Fireworks Displays

DATE: 5th November at 5:15 pm, first fireworks show at 6:45 pm

LOCATION: Wimbledon Park, London

TICKETS: £10.70 per adult (free for children under 4)

Choose from two fireworks shows; an earlier show more suitable for families and a later show with a Kings and Queens music theme.

Aside from the main fireworks display, enjoy all the fun fair has to offer and head to the street food village for a tasty bite to eat.
