Bespoke Handling has taken another decisive step in its Middle East expansion, confirming the opening of a second regional office in Abu Dhabi. Operating locally as BHV Logistic Services LLC, the new facility follows the company’s successful market entry in Dubai during the second half of 2025 and reflects rapidly growing demand for specialist automotive logistics across the GCC region.

The Abu Dhabi branch is located on Yas Island, a globally recognised hub for motorsport and automotive activity. Positioned alongside the company’s existing Dubai operation, the new office significantly strengthens Bespoke Handling’s regional capabilities, enhancing its ability to support relocations, vehicle logistics and complex transport requirements with on-the-ground expertise and localised service.

Building momentum in the Middle East

Since establishing its Dubai office in mid-2025, Bespoke Handling has moved quickly from market entry to full operational capability. The pace of growth has mirrored wider trends across the Gulf, where increasing numbers of businesses, collectors and high-net-worth individuals are relocating or expanding operations.

According to the company, demand for trusted, specialist logistics partners has risen sharply, particularly in sectors where time sensitivity, asset value and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable. The addition of Abu Dhabi allows Bespoke Handling to respond to this demand with greater scale and resilience, while maintaining the high-touch service model that underpins its global reputation.

The new Yas Island facility places the company at the centre of the UAE’s motorsport ecosystem, providing immediate access to major events, circuits and automotive clients. This strategic location aligns closely with Bespoke Handling’s long-standing involvement in international motorsport logistics, where precision and reliability are critical.

A specialist heritage spanning two decades

Established more than 20 years ago, Bespoke Handling has built its name as a world-leading provider of transport and logistics services within the automotive industry. The company is regularly entrusted with the movement, storage and delivery of high-value vehicles on behalf of manufacturers, auction houses, private owners and collectors.

Beyond the collector and luxury vehicle market, Bespoke Handling is deeply embedded in the global motorsport industry. Its teams are relied upon to deliver cars, equipment and support assets to exacting deadlines, often under intense time pressure and in challenging environments.

This depth of experience is supported by a specialist in-house team and a carefully selected network of international partners. Together, they enable a closed-loop logistical solution that covers every stage of the process, from packing and collection through to monitored transit, customs management and door-to-door delivery.

From the UK to the global stage

Headquartered in the UK near the transport hub of Gatwick Airport, Bespoke Handling has continued to invest in infrastructure that supports its specialist offering. In early 2025, the company opened a dedicated ATA Carnet facility at Silverstone Circuit, reinforcing its position within the motorsport sector and streamlining international movements for race teams and event organisers.

The decision to expand overseas for the first time in 2025 was driven by both client demand and broader market shifts. As more individuals and businesses look towards the Middle East as a base for operations or residence, the need for experienced logistics partners with international reach has intensified.

Dubai was the natural first step, offering connectivity, scale and a diverse client base. Abu Dhabi, with its strong motorsport heritage and growing automotive ecosystem, quickly followed as the next logical expansion point.

A natural progression to Abu Dhabi

“The market has seen significant shift throughout 2025, and demand has continued to build across the GCC region,” explains Gary Ayles from Bespoke Handling. “The number of new residents and new business being registered is climbing, with clients looking for safe, reliable and trusted partners to help with their logistics requirements.”

Ayles notes that the Dubai team was able to scale rapidly, becoming fully operational within a matter of months while servicing both local clients and those relocating to the region. This early success provided the confidence to move forward with a second UAE location.

“Abu Dhabi was always the next natural choice for us to look at,” he adds. “We have worked extensively with the team at Yas Marina Circuit over the years, supporting events, races and motorsport clients. It is an exciting further addition to the Bespoke Handling family, with a dedicated site at such a prestigious location.”

The Abu Dhabi office also strengthens ties between the company’s international motorsport hubs, linking Yas Island with its UK operations at Silverstone. This alignment allows for seamless coordination across regions, particularly for clients operating on global calendars.

Supporting a growing and diverse client base

Beyond motorsport, the new Abu Dhabi facility is expected to play a key role in supporting the wider British expat community, many of whom may already be familiar with Bespoke Handling’s UK services. At the same time, the company is focused on building strong relationships with local residents, collectors and businesses seeking specialist logistics expertise.

With dedicated teams now operating in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Bespoke Handling is well positioned to support continued growth across the GCC. The expansion signals not only confidence in the regional market, but a long-term commitment to delivering the same high standards of service that have defined the brand globally for more than two decades.

As demand for precision logistics continues to rise in the Middle East, Bespoke Handling’s growing footprint ensures it remains close to its clients, its partners and the fast-moving industries it serves.
