Crewe, 3 November 2025 – Bentley Motors has officially welcomed its 2025 early careers cohort, including Apprentices, Industrial Placements, and Graduates, while simultaneously opening 65 new opportunities for the 2026 generation of future automotive leaders. This dual announcement underscores Bentley’s commitment to nurturing talent and equipping the next wave of innovators to support the company’s ambitious electrification and Beyond100+ strategy.
The 2025 cohort joins Bentley at a pivotal moment in the marque’s history. The company is accelerating its Beyond100+ transformation, which encompasses the full electrification of its model line, the completion of the state-of-the-art Dream Factory in Crewe, and the cultivation of a culture focused on future skills and professional development.
Dr. Karen Lange, Member of the Board for People and Culture at Bentley Motors, highlighted the importance of these programmes:
“Our early careers programme is key to shaping the future of our company. Recruiting and developing emerging talent with the right skills is vital for driving innovation in such a transformative industry. These opportunities reflect our continued commitment to diverse, ambitious individuals who can help bring our Beyond100+ strategy to life and redefine what luxury means in the automotive sector.”
The 2026 intake includes 41 one-year Industrial Placement roles, open now, and 24 three- or four-year Apprentice positions, available from February 2026. Reflecting the marque’s focus on future-ready skills, more than half of the apprenticeship opportunities are centred on fast-growing areas such as digital software, electrical engineering, and artificial intelligence. Ten Industrial Placements from the 2024/2025 cohort will also return as Graduates, reinforcing Bentley’s commitment to long-term talent development.
Opportunities span the full breadth of the business, from design and development to manufacturing and marketing, ensuring that every early-career professional has the chance to contribute to key projects shaping the future of luxury mobility. Notably, these roles will play a crucial part in the final stages and launch of Bentley’s first-ever battery electric vehicle.
Reflecting on his own journey, Will Meredith, named Industrial Placement of the Year in 2024 and now part of Bentley’s Corporate Strategy and Transformation team, said:
“The placement pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way. Professionally, I gained practical experience in strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and presenting to senior audiences – skills far beyond what you learn at university. I worked on projects I never imagined I could, thanks to the guidance and support of my team. Personally, I grew in confidence, especially in leading conversations and navigating complex challenges.”
Bentley’s Industrial Placement and Apprenticeship programmes are now open for applications, offering aspiring engineers, strategists, and innovators the chance to shape the future of luxury automotive design and technology.
