Beetle and up! add ‘Club’ special editions into their model line-ups

Volkswagen has refreshed the Beetle and up! model line-ups with the addition of a special edition package. The ‘Club’ special edition package has exclusive interior and exterior styling features such as new alloy wheels, painted side mirror housings and new seat trim.

In the Beetle, the ‘Club’ special edition package is only offered with the 1.2 TSI 77kW Design derivative. The ‘Club’ Beetle will be available in an exclusive Habanero Orange colour as well as three other colours, namely, Deep Black, Pure White and Reflex Silver.

The ‘Club’ Beetle exclusive features are:

  • 17-inch Ravenna alloy wheels
  • Side mirror housing painted in black or red (exterior paint finish dependant)
  • Tartan cloth seat trim
  • Dashboard painted in special finish colour – ‘Twist Wave Dark’
  • Exterior decorative film above the sill with ‘Club’ lettering in black or red (exterior paint finish dependant)
  • Floor mats with ‘Club’ theme
  • Decorative stitching on the steering wheel in Calypso orange
  • ‘Club’ scuff plates
  • Steering wheel embellisher with ‘Club’ lettering

How much does the new Club Beetle cost in South Africa?

The ‘Club’ Beetle retails for R294 800 (CO2 emissions tax and VAT included).

‘Club’ up! is based on the 1.0 55kW Move up! specifications and is offered with these additional ‘Club’ special edition features:

  • 15-inch Ravenna alloy wheels
  • Leather steering wheel with decorative stitching
  • Dashboard painted inunique colour
  • Side mirror housing painted in Reflex Silver
  • Tartan cloth seat trim
  • Exterior decorative film above the sill with ‘Club’ stickers on the sides and below side mirror
  • ‘Floor mats with ‘Club’ theme
  • Instrument panel rings, air vent frames and control elements in chrome
  • ‘Club’ scuff plates

How much does the new Club Up in South Africa cost?

‘Club’ up! will be available in three exclusive colours – Pure White, Blueberry and Dark Silver. The retail price is R153 200 (CO2 emissions tax & VAT included).
