Balazs Rooz, Regional Director of Bentley Motors Europe, Departs; Richard Leopold to Lead
(Crewe, 8 July 2024) – Bentley Motors has announced the departure of Balazs Rooz, who has served as Regional Director for Europe since June 2020. Rooz leaves the company at his own request and by mutual consent, effective immediately. His responsibilities will be taken over by Richard Leopold, who currently serves as Regional Director for the UK and MEAI. This transition is effective immediately.
Christophe Georges, Global Sales and Marketing Director at Bentley Motors, expressed his gratitude, stating, “I would like to thank Balazs for his significant contributions over the past four years. His leadership has been invaluable, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
Richard Leopold, who joined Bentley Motors in 2007, will now oversee the European region in addition to his current roles. Leopold brings a wealth of experience in the automotive sector, having held executive positions at both Saab and Bentley. He is well-versed in the complexities of regional markets and has extensive experience in both retail and wholesale automotive operations.
