Gaydon, UK – 01 July: An extraordinary array of Aston Martin sports cars is set to thrill at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed, taking place from July 11th to 14th. Headlining the event will be the Valkyrie, Valour, Valiant, Victor, and Vantage, showcasing the marque’s blend of velocity and elegance on the iconic Goodwood Hillclimb.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed, a highlight of the British summer season, draws speed enthusiasts from around the globe to experience the sights and sounds of the world’s finest sports cars. This year, Aston Martin promises high-octane excitement with the global debut of the Aston Martin Valiant. One of just 38 ultra-exclusive, track-focused, road-legal special editions, the Valiant was commissioned by two-time Formula One® World Champion Fernando Alonso, who will drive the new car on Friday.
The Valiant epitomizes Aston Martin’s dedication to crafting pure driver’s cars. This special edition, inspired by the legendary Aston Martin Le Mans race car, is sure to captivate audiences with its debut at Goodwood.
Adding to the spectacle, the Valkyrie hypercar returns to Goodwood. Having made its dynamic debut in 2021, the Valkyrie is now the inspiration for the upcoming Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH hypercar, set to compete at the highest levels of sports car racing in 2025.
The Valour, created to celebrate Aston Martin’s 110th anniversary, will also be featured. With its bespoke 6-speed manual transmission paired with a 5.2-liter Twin-Turbo V12, the Valour represents the pinnacle of driver engagement and classic appeal.

The one-of-a-kind Aston Martin Victor, hailed by Top Gear as “the hypercar the eighties never had,” will also make an appearance. This unique vehicle, crafted by the brand’s personalization service ‘Q by Aston Martin,’ features a manual gearbox and a V12 engine, offering a rare glimpse into a unique piece of automotive artistry.
The new Aston Martin Vantage, launched only a few months ago, continues the brand’s tradition of creating potent front-engined, rear-wheel-drive sports cars. This latest Vantage model embodies the brand’s commitment to delivering maximum thrills with unmatched confidence.
Representing Aston Martin in the motorsport paddock will be the Official FIA Safety Car of Formula 1® and the new-for-2024 Vantage GT3 race car, competing in series including the FIA World Endurance Championship.
Complementing the ‘V’ models at Goodwood is the Aston Martin DB12, the world’s first Super Tourer and the first of a new generation of sports cars. The DBX707, with its striking new interior design and state-of-the-art infotainment system, will also be showcased in the First Glance paddock.
Marco Mattiacci, Global Chief Brand & Commercial Officer, expressed his excitement: “The Festival of Speed is the highlight of the season for those who worship at the temple of speed. We are proud to play a part in this incredible, annual celebration of speed and this year we are delighted to offer up quite the array of Aston Martin sports cars and also the brand-new spec of DBX707. We look forward to this event every year as it is a great opportunity to showcase our brand to true connoisseurs of sports cars.”
