Turin, Italy – 26 June 2025 — In a pivotal moment for Stellantis, newly appointed CEO Antonio Filosa delivered his first global Town Hall address today, broadcasting live from the company’s symbolic heart at the Mirafiori Heritage HUB in Turin. In a speech streamed to employees across continents, Filosa outlined his vision for the company’s future — one rooted in unity, ambition, and an unshakeable commitment to people and purpose.
Framing the event as a cultural reset as much as a strategic touchpoint, Filosa opened by defining the core principles that will guide his leadership. “Our focus is clear,” he said. “It is to make the right decisions, by putting our people first, putting our customer at the centre of everything we do, and in doing that — creating value.”
He called on employees at all levels to foster a workplace grounded in respect and openness. “Let’s create an environment where respect is the foundation of everything. One where people know they can speak up and be listened to.” This cultural commitment, he emphasised, would underpin Stellantis’ competitive strength: “Once we have great people, as you are, with a clear set of goals, who work together with respect and mutual trust, all of this — coupled with our competitive mindset — will make us unstoppable.”

Setting the Strategic Compass
Building on this foundation, Filosa unveiled four immediate business priorities designed to sharpen Stellantis’ operational focus and long-term relevance.
1. Growth through Meaningful Products:
“We must grow our business by launching the right products — the ones customers want and that reflect the true DNA of our iconic brands,” Filosa declared. This emphasis on authenticity and alignment with brand heritage signals a product strategy rooted in emotional connection and market responsiveness.
2. Industrial Excellence:
Filosa underscored the importance of execution, stating: “There is nothing wrong at Stellantis that cannot be fixed with what is right at Stellantis.” With a clear mandate to leverage internal strengths, the company aims to streamline manufacturing and operational processes while maintaining agility in a dynamic market.
3. Uncompromising Quality:
“We need to set for ourselves the highest ambition in quality, and the time is now,” said Filosa. Elevating product and process quality is expected to become a benchmark standard across Stellantis’ global operations, reinforcing trust among consumers and stakeholders alike.
4. Preparing for the Future:
Filosa confirmed that a full review of Stellantis’ long-term strategic plan is already underway. While details remain forthcoming, the message was clear: the company must evolve with foresight, embracing innovation and transformation to remain ahead of the curve.
Yet, Filosa was quick to add a fifth, often-overlooked element to the equation: joy. “There is also another priority,” he smiled, “doing all of that with intensity and joy!”
A New Chapter for One Global Team
Perhaps the most resonant moment of the address came as Filosa brought the Town Hall to a close with a heartfelt call for unity. In a bold step toward cultural consolidation, he asked employees to retire the legacy labels of ex-FCA and ex-PSA.
“Let’s make a deal today, together: we don’t use anymore the nomenclature ex-FCA and ex-PSA. We are Stellantis.”
This declaration marked more than a symbolic gesture — it signaled the beginning of a unified future, where shared goals, mutual respect, and collaborative spirit define the company’s identity.
As Stellantis enters its next chapter under Filosa’s stewardship, today’s Town Hall set the tone for a leadership style that balances ambition with humanity — and a corporate culture ready to evolve, together.
