The Alpine brand, a beacon of French automotive excellence, is marking its 70th anniversary in 2025 with a thrilling update to its iconic A110 range. Introducing the A110 R 70 and the A110 GTS, this milestone celebration encapsulates the essence of Alpine’s heritage while paving the way for its electrified future.
A110 R 70: A Limited-Edition Tribute to 70 Years of Excellence
Priced from £103,345, the A110 R 70 is a testament to Alpine’s commitment to lightweight engineering and performance. With 300 horsepower (215 kW) and 340 Nm of torque, this exclusive model is adorned with carbon fibre elements, from the front bonnet to the rear spoiler, including 18-inch carbon fibre wheels accentuated with white trim. These enhancements, combined with Michelin PS CUP 2 tyres and an Akrapović exhaust, ensure an exhilarating driving experience.
A limited 770-unit production run cements the A110 R 70’s status as a collector’s item. Notably, 210 units form the Tricolour Edition, available in Bleu Caddy, Glacier Blanc, and Rouge Sismique, paying homage to Jean Rédélé’s 1955 Alpine A106 debut. Each of these 70-unit subsets bears the 70th-anniversary logo in exposed carbon fibre on the roof, reinforcing Alpine’s rich history and expertise. The interior, available in blue, white, or red, is further enhanced by new Sabelt upholstery matching the bodywork, while colour-coordinated carbon fibre wheels complete the striking visual identity.
A110 GTS: The Perfect Balance of Performance and Comfort
For enthusiasts seeking a blend of everyday refinement and track-ready performance, the A110 GTS, priced from £67,311, delivers on all fronts. Taking inspiration from the A110 S chassis, it retains the 300-horsepower engine, ensuring an engaging and dynamic driving experience.
The A110 GTS debuts in Bleu Paon (Peacock Blue), a heritage-inspired shade from Alpine’s extensive colour catalogue. Expanding on personalisation options, the model is also available in five additional new hues, including three matte finishes: Orange Solaire, Bleu Eclipse, and Gris Acier.
Performance-focused enhancements include the optional GTS aero kit, featuring a front splitter, side skirts, rear spoiler, and carbon-fibre rear wing for increased downforce and agility. The 18-inch GT Race wheels, wrapped in Michelin PS CUP 2 tyres, coupled with Brembo brake callipers in six colour choices, ensure the A110 GTS is ready for spirited driving.
Inside, the new GTS Grey leather interior exudes sophistication, complemented by optional black leather seats or vibrant Alcantara racing seats. A Focal Premium audio system comes as standard, adding an immersive auditory experience to the Alpine’s refined cockpit.
