Alfa Romeo’s participation in the seventh edition of “Chantilly Arts & Élégance Richard Mille” is set to make a significant impact, bringing together automotive excellence with art and elegance in the stunning Château de Chantilly. From September 12 to 15, visitors will experience a rare opportunity to view the brand’s latest and most celebrated models amidst the refined beauty of the French estate.
A Triumphant Display of Heritage and Innovation
Alfa Romeo’s exhibit at this prestigious Concours d’Élégance includes three standout models: the newly unveiled 33 Stradale, the iconic 1971 33 Spider Cuneo prototype, and the modern Junior. Each vehicle represents a chapter in Alfa Romeo’s storied history, showcasing the brand’s commitment to both heritage and innovation.
The 33 Stradale, a reimagining of a classic icon, will make its French debut at Chantilly. This model is more than just a car; it is a statement of Alfa Romeo’s vision for the future. Combining historical craftsmanship with modern technology, the 33 Stradale is produced through a meticulous artisan process, mirroring the bespoke approaches of Renaissance Italy and the revered coachbuilders of the 20th century.
Alongside the new 33 Stradale, the 1971 33 Spider Cuneo—a prototype housed at the Alfa Romeo History Museum in Arese—will be on display. This model reflects the cutting-edge design ethos of the 1970s, with its striking wedge shape and aerodynamic profile, offering a glimpse into Alfa Romeo’s innovative spirit of the era.
The Junior, Alfa Romeo’s latest entry into the European market, will also be featured. This model symbolizes the brand’s return to the large segment in Europe with a blend of advanced technology and distinctive style. The Junior lineup includes hybrid and electric versions, such as the Junior Hybrid with a 136-hp engine and the Junior Electric with a 156-hp motor. The pinnacle of the range, the Junior VELOCE 280CV, promises an exhilarating driving experience, as demonstrated in recent pre-type-approval tests at the Balocco Proving Ground.

An Immersive Experience for Automotive Enthusiasts
Attendees will have the chance to engage with Alfa Romeo’s entire lineup through exciting test drives, including the Giulia, Stelvio, Tonale, and Junior models. This hands-on experience complements the visual feast of the cars on display, set against the backdrop of the Château de Chantilly’s magnificent jardin à la française, designed by the renowned André Le Nôtre.
The “Chantilly Arts & Élégance Richard Mille” event, which began in 2014, has quickly risen to prominence, now standing alongside renowned concours events such as Pebble Beach and Villa d’Este. Alfa Romeo’s involvement in this elegant showcase not only highlights its rich history but also reaffirms its commitment to blending automotive performance with art and sophistication.
A Legacy of Elegance
Alfa Romeo’s history with the Chantilly concours is notable, having previously won “Best of Show” in 2016 with a 1938 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B Lungo Berlinetta Touring. This year’s participation continues the brand’s tradition of excellence, celebrating both its past achievements and future aspirations in the world of luxury automobiles.
