West Palm Beach, Florida – June 18, 2025 — AC Cars, Britain’s oldest operating vehicle manufacturer, proudly announces a landmark milestone in its 123-year history: the official launch of AC Cars America, LLC. This dedicated US-based entity will serve as the brand’s operational and strategic nucleus across the Atlantic, bringing the legacy of one of the most iconic names in motoring to an audience of passionate American enthusiasts and collectors.

Headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, AC Cars America marks a pivotal evolution for the marque. This strategic expansion not only strengthens the company’s presence in its largest market but also reaffirms its commitment to craftsmanship, luxury, and high-performance motoring.

At the helm is Jeremy Stein, a dynamic Cuban-American entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience leading transformative business ventures. Known for scaling and successfully exiting high-growth enterprises, Stein brings a wealth of expertise in operational leadership and market development. His appointment signals AC Cars’ intent to deliver a premium ownership experience tailored to the unique demands of the US market.

“I am honoured and thrilled to collaborate with David Conza and the incredible team at AC Cars, and lead the revival of AC Cars in America,” said Stein. “I look forward to introducing a new era of performance and craftsmanship to US clients while staying true to the spirit that has made AC Cars legendary.”

A Star-Spangled Debut at EyesOn Design

AC Cars America made its official public debut at EyesOn Design on June 15, held at the historic Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan. Now in its 38th year, the celebrated event is a cornerstone of global automotive culture, spotlighting innovation and aesthetics in vehicle design. This year’s theme, The Art of Design, offered a fitting backdrop for AC Cars to showcase its enduring legacy and contemporary vision on Father’s Day.

“AC Cars America is poised to play a critical role in the next chapter of our global journey,” stated David Conza, CEO of AC Cars England. “The US is AC Cars’ biggest single market, and establishing a dedicated company ensures that clients will receive the best possible care while we continue to reach a greater audience for our exclusive models.”

A Legacy Reinvented for a New Era

Founded by the Weller Brothers in 1901, AC Cars holds a distinguished place in motoring history. After early success with the Autocarrier—a three-wheel commercial vehicle that became the basis for the AC name—the company’s reputation was forever cemented with the launch of the AC Ace in 1953. The lightweight, aluminium-bodied sports car would eventually give rise to the AC Cobra, the Ford V8-powered legend that remains one of the most recognisable and revered performance cars of all time.

With production now anchored in the UK and Germany, AC Cars continues to innovate while preserving the essence of its design heritage. The company’s AC Cobra GT range embodies this balance, marrying bespoke engineering with hand-crafted excellence.

AC Cars America, LLC will manage US-based operations including sales, client relations, brand collaborations, and curated events designed for the discerning automotive collector. The move signals a renewed commitment to delivering tailored experiences for American clients, backed by local infrastructure and world-class service.
