New Jeep Buzz Model: Wrangler Polar Edition
Midrand, South Africa – Chrysler South Africa (Pty) Ltd.’s Jeep brand is set to continue its line of limited edition buzz models with the introduction of the Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited Polar Edition models for the South African market.
Available in two and four door variants, the Polar Edition is based on the architecture of the Jeep Wrangler Sahara models, a familiar sight on, and off local roads.
Featured on the exterior is an all-new front grille treatment with gloss black inserts, 18” aluminium wheels with painted pockets and polished outer edges, body coloured hard top with deep tinted glass, the Mopar “Moab” bonnet with mountain motif and the Mopar fuel filler door. The rear of the model is finished off with a newly developed hard spare wheel cover.
The Jeep Wrangler Polar Editions will be available in three colours; Hydro Blue, Billet Metallic and Bright White.
Interior appointments include heated black leather seats with embroidered logos, leather wrapped steering wheel with pearl accent stitching (also found on the seats, armrests and floor console lid) and high-gloss white painted treatments on steering wheel spokes, ventilation bezels, passenger grab handles and on the instrument cluster dials. The interior is look is completed with Mopar slush mats and the in-car entertainment is provided by the Uconnect navigation radio as standard.
