Kia UK is set to revolutionize the commercial vehicle market with the launch of its new Professional Business Vans division at the 2025 Commercial Vehicle (CV) Show. Taking center stage on stand 5C95 will be the highly anticipated Kia PV5, the brand’s first fully electric van, making its official UK debut at the event running from 29 April to 1 May 2025 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham.

The acronym encompasses ‘Purpose Built Vehicle’ and ‘Platform Beyond Vehicle’, reflecting Kia’s commitment to delivering innovative, versatile solutions tailored to the diverse demands of commercial customers.

The PV5: Disrupting the Mid-Size Van Market

The Kia PV5 is set to redefine expectations for mid-size vans. Built exclusively as an electric vehicle on Kia’s dedicated EV platform, the PV5 combines cutting-edge design with practicality to serve a wide range of industries, from delivery and utilities to ride-hailing services.

The van will be available in three primary configurations:

Panel Van: Optimized for storage and delivery operations.
Chassis Cab: A unique offering in the mid-size market, allowing businesses to customize the vehicle for specific needs.
Passenger Variant: Designed for transporting people with comfort and efficiency.

Equipped with an industry-leading seven-year/100,000-mile warranty, the PV5 offers peace of mind for businesses. Advanced onboard technology includes seamless Geotab integration and native access to the Android App Store, providing fleets with the tools to optimize performance and logistics.
