Alfa Romeo continues to blend cinema, music, and automotive passion with the release of Cosa fa cantare il tuo cuore (“What makes your heart sing”), the second chapter of its Learn to Love Again series. Once again, the Alfa Romeo Junior takes centre stage, sharing the spotlight with acclaimed Spanish actor Pedro Alonso, whose magnetic presence has captivated audiences across the globe.

Building on the success of the first episode, Il venditore (“The Seller”), this new short film unfolds in an intimate, atmospheric club where Alonso delivers a stirring rendition of “Cuore Matto,” an iconic anthem of Italian music. As his voice grows in conviction, the room’s energy shifts, culminating in a charged moment when his gaze locks with that of a mysterious young woman. Their connection, immediate and undeniable, sets the narrative in motion.

The pair slip away to the club’s garage, where the story finds its crescendo with the dramatic arrival of the Alfa Romeo Junior. Presented as more than just a car, the Junior becomes a symbol of desire, passion, and freedom—an unmistakable extension of Alfa Romeo’s storied DNA. Music, visuals, and emotion merge into a single rhythm, underscoring the campaign’s central theme: driving an Alfa Romeo is not merely transportation, but an act of pure, visceral love.

Alfa Romeo Junior: A New Era of Passion

As the emotional heart of the film, the Alfa Romeo Junior signals the brand’s bold return to a strategically important segment. With its unmistakable design and the most comprehensive line-up in its class, the Junior is positioned to capture the imagination of a new generation of Alfisti. The range spans from the electrifying 280-hp Elettrica Veloce to the sophisticated new Ibrida Q4, each model delivering Alfa Romeo’s signature blend of performance, design, and Italian spirit in a compact and accessible form.

Pedro Alonso: An International Star with Italian Soul

The collaboration with Pedro Alonso underscores Alfa Romeo’s commitment to artistry and authenticity. Known worldwide for his magnetic characters in international television, Alonso brings a depth of performance that resonates with the campaign’s themes of emotion and connection. His passion for Italy’s cinematic and artistic traditions adds further richness, as the actor himself has expressed admiration for icons like Marcello Mastroianni and a desire to collaborate with celebrated directors such as Paolo Sorrentino and Nanni Moretti.

A Campaign That Speaks to the Heart

Learn to Love Again is more than a marketing initiative; it is a cinematic exploration of what it means to fall in love—with a person, with a song, and with the act of driving. Where episode one set the stage for desire, Cosa fa cantare il tuo cuore immerses viewers in the experience of passion itself. Through its blend of music, storytelling, and design, Alfa Romeo reaffirms the bond between driver and car, celebrating driving as one of life’s most powerful emotional experiences.

The short film is now available to watch on Alfa Romeo’s official YouTube channel, inviting audiences worldwide to rediscover what makes their hearts sing—behind the wheel of the new Alfa Romeo Junior.
