Milton Keynes, 1 December 2025 – Volkswagen Group UK is investing in the future of its Northern Ireland operations with significant upgrades to its showroom facilities, aimed at providing customers with enhanced convenience, comfort, and technical expertise.

From today, Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Škoda will operate from shared, state-of-the-art sites in Belfast and Mallusk, under the management of the Isaac Agnew Group. Both locations have undergone extensive refurbishment to ensure customers experience the highest standards across sales, service, and parts support.

Expanding the Group’s presence further, the Donnelly Group will open new facilities in Dungannon and Ballymena. These modern showrooms will cater to Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Škoda, and SEAT/CUPRA customers (Dungannon only), delivering a seamless and premium customer experience from premises designed to meet the demands of today’s motoring market.

As part of this network realignment, some smaller sites in the region will close. Customers affected will be provided with details of alternative sales, service, and parts facilities to ensure continued support without disruption.

Audi showrooms in Belfast and Portadown, along with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles sites in Mallusk and Londonderry, remain unaffected by these changes.

David Allen, Head of Network Development for Volkswagen Group UK, commented:
“These changes are the result of a long-planned and meticulous process to identify and meet the needs of our customers in Northern Ireland. Our new sites, operated by trusted and brand-aligned partners, Isaac Agnew and Donnelly, will enable us to deliver convenience, quality, and service excellence for many years to come. We are grateful to all our partners who have supported our brands over the years and wish them every success in the future.”
