In a significant display of international expansion, Urban Automotive, a premier customizer of luxury vehicles, announced a monumental increase in its global outreach in 2023. Established in the UK in 2014, the company has now reported an impressive £3.8 million in international sales last year, showcasing a 173% surge compared to its previous annual performance. This growth is largely attributed to Urban Automotive’s extensive distribution network that spans official stores and certified local installers across 23 nations.
Urban Automotive’s ascent in the luxury car modification sector is further bolstered by its unique array of exclusive vehicle conversions. Its customization packages for esteemed brands such as Lamborghini, Land Rover, and Rolls-Royce have garnered international acclaim, reflecting the company’s prowess in meeting the high expectations of luxury automobile enthusiasts worldwide.
Notably, Urban Automotive EU has successfully delivered 169 customized vehicles throughout mainland Europe in 2023, with operations centralized at its official outlet in Loon op Zand, Netherlands. The brand’s influence in Europe is amplified through partnerships with high-profile ambassadors, including Rico Verhoeven, a celebrated Dutch kickboxer, and Kaj Gorgels, a well-known television presenter and YouTuber in the Netherlands.
In the United States, Urban Automotive has witnessed remarkable growth over the past year, thanks in part to a strategic alliance with Milltek Corp, a leading name in performance exhaust systems. This collaboration led to the creation of Urban Automotive USA, enhancing the brand’s product offering and accessibility across the American market. With over 85 approved distributors, the venture has attracted significant attention, counting celebrities like Scott Disick among its clientele.

The Middle East has also seen a surge in demand for Urban Automotive’s bespoke vehicle modifications, with over 100 vehicles in the region receiving Urban components in 2023. This trend is expected to continue, driven by increasing demand for luxury vehicle customization in Bahrain, Qatar, and the UAE.
Urban Automotive prides itself on designing and manufacturing its styling kits at its headquarters in Milton Keynes, ensuring that each vehicle is assembled either in-house or by certified local installers. This meticulous approach allows for unparalleled customization, offering clients the chance to personalize their vehicles with unique designs, alloy wheels, bespoke interiors, and enhanced performance exhausts from Milltek Sport.
Patrick Meijer, CEO of Absolute Motors Group and Urban Automotive’s EU distributor, highlighted the brand’s growing demand in Europe, praising its ‘OEM+’ design philosophy for setting new standards in the luxury SUV market. Meanwhile, Steve Pound, CEO of Milltek Corp, emphasized Urban’s burgeoning popularity in the USA, noting significant demand for models like the Land Rover Defender and Rolls Royce Cullinan. Faisal Toma, Head of Aftermarket at Silverstone Automotive in the Middle East, also acknowledged Urban Automotive’s rising popularity in the region, foreseeing unlimited potential for the brand’s future.
Urban Automotive’s record-setting year underscores its excellence in luxury vehicle customization, solidifying its status as a global leader in the automotive industry.
