Renault UK has teamed up with She’s Electric, a pioneering female-led startup, to encourage more women across the UK to embrace electric vehicles (EVs). The collaboration will kick off with exclusive test drive events featuring the Renault Scenic E-Tech 100% Electric, recognized as the European Car of the Year 2024 and recipient of the prestigious Erin Baker Award at the Auto Trader New Car Awards 2024.

Scheduled for July, these test drive days will take place at Stanbrook Abbey in Worcester on the 27th and Bailbrook House in Somerset on the 28th. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience Renault’s latest electric model firsthand, renowned for its impressive range of up to 379 miles (WLTP). This makes it an ideal choice for modern families and drivers seeking a blend of practicality, connectivity, and eco-conscious design.

Beyond test driving the Scenic E-Tech, guests at She’s Electric events will engage in ‘Empowerment Panels’ focusing on EV topics in a relaxed setting, and enjoy insightful interviews with inspiring women under the banner of ‘She’s Unstoppable’. The events aim to address common concerns among women car buyers, leveraging insights that reveal significant barriers such as distrust in dealerships and brands.

She’s Electric stands at the forefront of empowering women through informative and engaging lifestyle experiences, encouraging sustainable choices including the adoption of electric vehicles. This initiative aligns with projections that women will control over 60% of the UK’s wealth by 2025, emphasizing the importance of tailored consumer experiences.
