Partner Jurni, the partner-first growth programme from Jurni, has strengthened its UK presence with the addition of three vehicle leasing businesses, marking another milestone in the programme’s steady expansion. The latest intake includes two established leasing brokers alongside a newly formed operation, reflecting sustained demand from businesses seeking scale without sacrificing independence.
The new partners joining the Partner Jurni network are Harwoods Leasing, a newly launched trading division of Harwoods Group Ltd serving customers across the South Coast; Applied Leasing, an independent leasing specialist with more than three decades of experience based in Telford; and Wave Vehicle Leasing, a growing provider headquartered in Winchester.
Their inclusion highlights a broader trend within the leasing sector, where brokers and dealer groups are increasingly looking for ways to enhance commercial performance, access shared infrastructure and compete more effectively, while still retaining ownership of their brand, customer relationships and strategic direction.
Partner Jurni is built around that balance. The programme is designed to accelerate partner growth through shared buying power, proven operational infrastructure and hands-on support. By combining technology platforms, funder access and compliance expertise, it aims to remove friction from day-to-day operations and enable sustainable, long-term growth.
Duncan Fitzgerald, Chief Operating Officer at Jurni, said the latest additions validate the programme’s core philosophy. “Partner Jurni is about giving leasing businesses the confidence to grow on their own terms,” he explained. “We’ve built a proven model that removes friction and strengthens commercial performance, while preserving the autonomy that matters to our partners. Welcoming Harwoods Leasing, Applied Leasing and Wave Vehicle Leasing into the programme is a strong endorsement of that approach as we continue to grow the Partner Jurni network.”
Each of the new partners brings a strong regional footprint, experienced teams and a customer-first mindset that aligns closely with Partner Jurni’s model of aligned yet autonomous growth.
For Harwoods Group, the appeal lay in the ability to scale quickly without compromising its established values. Sam Cadwell, Head of Fleet Sales and Leasing at Harwoods Group, said the programme offers “scale without compromise”. He noted that Partner Jurni provides access to proven systems, major UK funders, a broader range of vehicle brands and deep operational expertise, enabling Harwoods Leasing to accelerate its leasing and salary sacrifice offering to corporate and fleet customers nationwide from day one.
Applied Leasing’s Managing Director, Lucy Joyce, echoed similar sentiments, highlighting the benefits of group-level capability combined with operational freedom. Despite trading for more than 35 years, she said Partner Jurni allows the business to offer more competitive deals across a wider range of vehicles, including commercials, while expanding into additional services such as salary sacrifice and fleet management. With administrative complexity handled centrally, Joyce said she can focus more time on running and growing the business.
This latest expansion further reinforces Partner Jurni’s growing UK footprint and underlines Jurni’s continued investment in scalable, sustainable partnerships. As the vehicle leasing market evolves, the programme positions itself as a compelling route for brokers and dealer groups looking to grow confidently, competitively and on their own terms.
