The South African subsidiary’s outstanding performance has garnered it four prestigious awards, including recognition in the after sales and marketing categories.
MMSA’s dedication to service excellence was highlighted by its receipt of a Gold award in the after sales category for the 2023 financial year. This was complemented by a special Diamond award, marking three consecutive years of Gold or Platinum performances. These accolades reflect MMSA’s consistent success in exceeding after sales targets, which encompass customer satisfaction, retention initiatives, and the performance of spare parts and accessories.
For the first time, MMSA also competed in the sales and marketing category of the program, securing impressive results. The sales and marketing category evaluates factors such as public relations, external communication campaigns, sales excellence, and customer experience. MMSA’s exceptional performance across these areas earned them a special marketing award, distinguishing them as the best in public relations within the region.
