KAMManufaktur Unveils First KAMM 912c Chassis 001 to Proud Owner Carlos Garcia

Budapest, June 11, 2024 – KAMManufaktur proudly presented the first production KAMM 912c, chassis number 001, to its new owner, Carlos Garcia of Miami, Florida. This exceptional vehicle will be delivered in July.

This remarkable car, a semi-carbon model originally crafted in 1966, has been meticulously restored and customized to meet Carlos Garcia’s exact specifications. The engineering team at KAMM has tailored every element, from the ultra-lightweight carbon-hybrid wheels to the enhanced air-conditioning system, ensuring optimal performance under the Floridian sun.

Carlos Garcia, an avid sports and supercar enthusiast, discovered the KAMM 912c through a road test feature in a magazine and was the first to place an order. His extensive collection of the world’s most prestigious driver’s cars, including some of the most significant road-going Porsches, all finished in gloss black, now proudly includes the KAMM 912c, completed in black and bare carbon to match his collection.

The 2024 KAMM 912c features numerous technical and interior enhancements, designed to improve speed and comfort while maintaining its driver-centric ethos and a svelte 750kg weight.

Upon receiving his new car, Carlos Garcia expressed his admiration, stating, “I am humbled and honored to add such a magnificent car to my collection. Every aspect, from the simplest to the most complex, has been meticulously developed and engineered. You can feel the passion and soul within it. This car is a work of art that offers a truly analog driving experience. My deepest gratitude to the KAMM team for creating such a special vehicle. I eagerly await its arrival in Miami.”

The KAMM 912c, launched in 2022, has been acclaimed globally for its blend of high performance and lightweight design. Chassis 001, a 750kg semi-carbon model, features its original, though extensively upgraded and restored, steel roof and rear quarter panels, combined with KAMM-manufactured carbon fiber components.

Miklos Kazmer, Founder of KAMManufaktur, shared his pride, “Presenting the first customer car here in Budapest is a monumental achievement for our team. Less than two years ago, we unveiled the first iteration of the 912c, and today we begin delivering a more refined and accomplished version. Despite its evolution, it remains a lightweight, analog, and classic-looking sports car, unique within the restomod market.”

Following a final shakedown test, the car will be delivered to the USA in July, where it will be showcased at various events and made available for select media test drives and walk-around presentations.

The 2024 KAMM 912c boasts a host of upgrades, including a more powerful air-cooled 4-cylinder engine, new KAMM-designed seats, improved aerodynamics for enhanced high-speed stability and reduced wind noise, upgraded air-conditioning, superior in-car audio, and better phone connectivity. Further details on these specifications will be released shortly.
