Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) is gearing up for an exhilarating weekend at the Goodwood Members’ Meeting, sponsored by Audrain Motorsport, taking place on April 13th and 14th. This event will mark the eagerly awaited global dynamic unveiling of the T.50s track car.
The debut will see the T.50s taking to the track at 11:50 am on Saturday and again at 2:55 pm on Sunday, with the acclaimed Dario Franchitti MBE at the helm. Franchitti will be following “James”, a prototype for the forthcoming T.33, in a spectacular two-car demonstration.
Over the years, GMA has assembled an impressive lineup of vehicles for the Members’ Meeting, a celebration of Professor Gordon Murray’s significant contributions to car design. This year, the spotlight is on the T.50s within the GMA paddock display, strategically situated near the Assembly Area.
Adjacent to the paddock display, the Pit Lane Lawn will feature an extraordinary exhibition, including the T.50s Niki Lauda, two T.50 models, and an array of engines such as the GMA V12, GMA.S V12, and Alfa Romeo 115-12. Besides showcasing the T.50s, Dario Franchitti will also engage in a Q&A session with attendees, fulfilling his role as the newly appointed House Captain of Torbolton, on Saturday at 2:30 pm and Sunday at 10:30 am.
The Goodwood Members’ Meeting is thrilled to host Gordon Murray Automotive once more. Since its debut appearance with the T.50 at the 78th Members’ Meeting, GMA has consistently used the event as a platform to premiere its latest innovations, including the T.33 and the T.33 Spider in subsequent years.
