Johannesburg, South Africa – Digicars Group has officially completed a strategic transaction to bring HeyCarter Dealerships into its portfolio, marking a pivotal moment in South Africa’s automotive retail landscape. Effective from 1 November 2025, this integration followed a carefully orchestrated operational alignment, ensuring both businesses were fully synchronized before making the announcement public.

“This is the convergence of two powerful and complementary skill sets,” said Dawood Olgar, CEO of Digicars Group. “Digicars is recognised for world-class ‘phygital’ facilities and an industry-leading customer experience.
