Johannesburg, 06 January 2026 – Hyundai Automotive South Africa has announced the promotion of Siya Qamba to Senior Executive, taking on the role of Regional Manager: Gauteng East Region, effective January 2026. This appointment caps a remarkable 16-year career in which Qamba has contributed to the sale of over 12 000 vehicles and exemplified dedication to the Hyundai brand.

In his new role, Qamba oversees eight dealerships and 349 employees. Qamba’s journey with Hyundai Automotive South Africa began in 2006 as a Sales Executive at Hyundai East Rand. His consistent performance and leadership qualities led to his appointment as Branch Manager at Hyundai Bruma in 2010, followed by leadership roles as Dealer Principal at Hyundai Heidelberg, Kia Heidelberg, Hyundai Bedfordview, and Hyundai Boksburg. Over the years, he has delivered exceptional operational and business results, cementing his reputation as a results-driven leader with deep regional expertise.
